Quality Control Process:

Assign project engineer, Well understand customer requirements, Final reveiw quotation, drawings and specifications.
2. Confirm received order with customers. Project kick off.
Purchase material based on your request.
3.Review and update project schedule.
4. Plan and define APQP and IPQC.
5. Manufacturing and Engineering Process. Development secondary process, treatment.
6. Product and process validation and stability studies.
Specification and parameters confirmation.
7. Modular Assembly. Final processing.
8. Packing and Delivery.
9. Feedback assssment and corrective action.
