Process
1.RFQ
Our Quotation Engineer will quote the best competitive price base on your RFQ.
When you request for quotation, please provide the 2D or 3D drawing and mold requirements, such as steel, cavity number, plastic material, mould life and surface treatment.
Note: Even if you didn’t provide the above detail information, we can quote the price based on your 2D or 3D drawing. Our quotation teams will analysis the structure of your product based on 2D or 3D, and then give our suggestion (Such as suitable steel, cavity, injection type etc) for your option.
With regard to the RFQ, our technical engineer will offer the technical analysis service, such as product structure analysis, mould design, etc.
2.Order
When you are satisfied our quotation and facility, we can sign sales contract to start our cooperation.
3.Project Management.
We have a professional project engineer team, who will responsible for follow up the project, upon received customer PO. All our project engineers can write and speak English; it is convenient to communicate with foreign customer.
Process Analysis
1.After confirmed the PO with customer, our engineer manager will hold a meeting to discuss the project. They will check the drawing carefully, and analysis the part and mould structure. It will great helpful for us to find the disfigurement on part design and give our improvement to our customer on time. We will modify the drawing upon your comments if necessary.
2.Mold Flow Analysis. We will make the Mold Flow Analysis based on customer requirements.
3.Our engineer will start 2D mould layout design. As usual, it takes 3-5 days to finish and then send it for our customer approval.
4.After receive customer comments, our engineer will modify the mold layout based on your requirements until the final approval from our customer. When the 2D drawing is approved by customer, the 3D drawing will send to our customer for approval. The purchase department will start to order steel and mould base.
5.After approved 3D mould design by customer, CNC programming will be followed immediately. All the 3D component drawings will be transformed to 2D drawing with full mark of dimension. The manufacture department will carry on machining according to 2D component drawing.
6.The project engineer will send you a time schedule of the machining upon received the confirmation of 3D drawing. The weekly report with pictures will be sent to you every Monday.
7.We will record the molding condition of T1 (First Trial), take photos and video of the process. After T1, the first samples will sent our customer for your approval.
8.We will improve the mould based on your comments, and then T2 samples will be sent for our customer approval.
9.If required specific surface treatment, after approval on the sample, we will arrange to carry out mirror polishing or texture based on your request. Then, new samples will be sent to you for approval.
10.After confirmed the final sample, our project engineer will arrange the mold validation. As usual, the mould will be running 4-6 hours continuously after final mould inspection, in order to make sure a successful running for future production.
11.When finished mold validation, the mould will be taken a strong packaging for transportation. Meanwhile, our shipping department will arrange the shipment.
12.The necessary documents will be provided together with mould shipment, including material certificate of core/cavity and mould base, heat treatment report (for harden steel only); 2D mould drawing, one CD with all 2D,3D data and mold trial video.
